On the southeastern coast of Sicily, in the hills of the Iblei Mountains, lies a small olive grove with 800 trees, the product of over five generations of dedicated work by the Peluso family. These trees grow organically in two meticulously tended orchards, sharing the land with figs, pomegranates, prickly pears, grapes, and almonds.

 

In 2023, the Peluso family decided to make their olive oil available for purchase in the United States under the Tussi brand.
